Before you begin.
How do I create an organisation account?
Use Sign up to submit your organisation details. A platform superadmin reviews your application and shares an activation invitation after approval. You set your own password.
Can candidates sign up themselves?
Candidates activate their accounts using an organisation invitation. Public signup does not let anyone select an admin role or join an arbitrary organisation.
Will a report appear immediately?
Configured scores and automated evaluation appear after submission. A reviewer's published conclusion is added separately. Availability depends on the assessment and report permissions.
Do all organisations get the same proctoring features?
No. Optional features require platform approval and organisation configuration. Recording also requires separate candidate consent.
